Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions about orders, shipping and our gift registry service. If your question isn't answered below, please contact us. Ordering FAQ

How soon will my order arrive? Estimated shipment and delivery dates are listed on the product page for every item on our website.

What if I need an item sooner? Rush shipments and expedited shipping are available for most items on the website. There is a difference between the two. A rush shipment is a $20 fee that waives the product's normal lead time and ships out on the next business day. Expedited shipping is an upgrade from ground shipping to 3-day air, 2-day air or overnight. Rates for expedited shipping will depend on your location. If you're in a time crunch and would like to discuss these options, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you!

Is there a way to check on the status of my order? To estimate your delivery date, please reference the estimated lead and delivery times that are listed on the product page for the item you ordered. Please keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve don't count as business days. If you place an order on one of these days, we won't receive it until our next business day morning. You will receive a shipment notification within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse via email.

Do you ship internationally? We can ship most items internationally. To get an international quote, please submit a contact us message . Please provide your full shipping address, item name and quantity desired. The customer will be responsible for paying the entire international shipping charge. The customer is also responsible for paying whatever duties and/or custom fees that are imposed by their country. We have no control over these fees.

Only part of my order arrived, where's the rest? If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Your shipping notification email will indicate how many packages you'll be receiving.

How can I make a return? Personalized items and food items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you'd like to return a non-personalized item, please contact us for instructions. We strongly recommend checking your order for damage immediately after it arrives. If item is not damaged or broken, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping & handling. Once we have received your return, we will credit your card back the purchase price of the item(s). ALL sales are final after 60 days.

Are gift boxes available? Because we ship from multiple facilities, we cannot provide gift boxes for all items. It will be clearly stated on the product page for an item if there are gift box options.

Registry FAQ

I forgot my password. What should I do? If you’re having trouble logging into your account, please double-check that you’re using the correct username and password. If you can't remember your password, please click here to have a reminder sent.

I can’t find the registry I’m searching for. What should I do? Try searching with the groom and/or bride’s names. Make sure that the spelling is correct. If that doesn’t help, contact us.

Does it cost me anything to register? No, creating a gift registry at The Man Registry is a free service.

How can I e-mail my registry to my friends and family? After signing up for an account, you will be prompted to enter the e-mail addresses of your friends and family. We will send them a link to your registry. You can also email your registry to your family & friends or share to your social networks at anytime by using the share options that appear in your account.

Does my registry update whenever someone buys me a gift? Yes, your registry will automatically update as soon as a gift is purchased from it.

I registered for an item, but now it's missing from my registry. What's the deal? We do our best to keep all items in stock and available to our users. Unfortunately certain items are discontinued from time to time.

How is TheManRegistry.com different from other wedding registries? The Man Registry is the world’s first wedding registry geared towards the groom. Our gifts, while destined to be used by both the groom and bride, are traditionally items that are picked out by grooms.
