Order Cancellation and Refund PolicyOrders are always processed within 24 hours of purchase (normally much sooner). After an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. For refund or return options, please contact us at customerservice@themanregistry.com once your order arrives. We strongly recommend checking your order for damage immediately after it arrives. If item is not damaged or broken, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping & handling. Once we have received your return, we will credit your card back the purchase price of the item(s). ALL sales are final after 60 days.
Personalized gift orders cannot be adjusted, canceled or refunded once the order is placed. If you find that an error has been made with your personalization, please contact us immediately at customerservice@themanregistry.com and we will be happy to issue you a complimentary replacement.
Shipping Times and Rush OrdersShipping and ground delivery time-frames are listed on each product page. Since we work with many suppliers, your order may be broken up into more than one shipment. Tracking information for each package will be emailed to you once it leaves our warehouse.
We offer a $20.00 "rush" fee for most items. By paying this fee, the normal production/processing times will be waived and your order will ship out on the next business day. Please contact us at customerservice@themanregistry.com or call 1-877-476-6601 to place a rush order.
Please note that there is a $15 surcharge for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We will contact you after your order is placed to collect this charge.

$350.01 - $400.00 = $36.95
$400.01+ = $40.95
Certain items are marked with a special "freight" charge due to their weight or unique shipping circumstance. The shipping cost chart above does not apply to those items. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $149. Expedited shipping and items that include a heavy or special circumstance freight charge are excluded from this offer.
If a package is returned for any reason (including but not limited to a wrong or incomplete address being provided), the customer is responsible for paying re-shipment costs. If a customer refuses delivery or doesn't claim a package, we reserve the right to bill the customer for return shipping costs.
Shipping InternationallyWe do offer shipping to countries outside of the United States. Please call 1-877-476-6601 or email
customerservice@themanregistry.com to get a shipping quote to your country. The customer will be responsible for the full shipping amount. Please note that in most cases, there will be a duties and/or custom fee imposed by the destination country. The customer will also be responsible for paying these fees that will be billed COD. These fees are separate from your transaction on this website and we have no control over them.
