FAQ

What personalization thread color looks best on this cooler?

Customers choose a variety of thread colors for these golf shoe bags (and they all look great)! The most popular thread color for personalization is white.

Can I personalize with a lowercase initial?

This cooler is unfortunately set up to only be personalized with an uppercase initial. If you submit a lowercase initial, it will automatically be changed to uppercase.

Are the zippers personalized?

This cooler previously had the letters CLV on the zipper. CLV is the name of our supper/manufacturer of this cooler. This engraving comes standard on the zipper and we’re not able to add custom initials to this area.

Some orders may not have the CLV lettering on the zipper as our supplier is phasing out this feature.

Is the cooler watertight?

We recommend using ice packs or baggies of ice with this cooler. You certainly can put ice directly in the cooler. However, like any soft-sided cooler on the market, this ice will slowly start to melt after frequent opening/closing on warm days or in direct sunlight.
